In our daily life most people are very unhappy and carry a bad attitude. They are not satisfied with what they have. They are always looking outside instead of looking within and being grateful for everything we do have. This type of thinking or consciousness creates stresses and negative attitudes are born resulting in a very unhappy state of mind. Our physical energy and vital organs pay the price while we remain unhappy. Negative human tendencies like non-deserving or lack of self-love and not liking yourself can be overwritten with happiness.
